As a data controller, we manage the personal information of patients, partners, and users of our digital platforms.

3. Our services and how we use your data

VIDAMed provides medical services and manages digital platforms (website, online campaigns, newsletter, CRM).

Website

When you visit www.vidamed.md, we automatically collect certain technical data (IP address, visited pages, browsing behavior) for:

  • cybersecurity and platform security;
  • statistical analysis;
  • content optimization;
  • online marketing (Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Remarketing).

Subscriptions and contractual relationship

If you become a patient or enter into a contract with us:

  • your data is stored in our CRM system for 3 years from the last interaction;
  • invoicing and fiscal data is stored in accordance with legal requirements (minimum 10 years, maximum 15 years).

4. Legal grounds for processing

We process personal data in accordance with:

  • the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR – Regulation (EU) 2016/679),
  • Law of the Republic of Moldova No. 133/2011 on personal data protection,
  • Government Decision No. 1123/2010 on personal data security requirements,
  • other applicable national and international legal acts.

Personal data may be processed based on:

  • your explicit consent;
  • our legitimate interest;
  • legal obligations;
  • the performance of a contract.

You may withdraw your consent at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out before withdrawal.

We process only the data that is strictly necessary:

  • Address (for home visits or invoicing purposes)

Your data may be disclosed to:

  • competent authorities, where required by law;
  • courts of law;
  • IT and marketing service providers, strictly under confidentiality and data processing agreements.

In case our activity is transferred to another operator, you will be informed in advance and you will have the right to object.

VIDAMed implements technical and organizational measures to prevent:

  • unlawful alteration,

Internal access to data is restricted to staff who require it to perform their duties.

  • at least 365 days from the last interaction (general rule),
  • at least 90 days for detailed security logs,
  • in accordance with legal retention terms for medical and fiscal documentation.

  • Google Ads (Conversion Tracking)
  • Google Remarketing
  • Facebook Pixel
