Image PRECONCEPTION Check-up

The PRECONCEPTION Check-up is designed for women who are planning a pregnancy and wish to assess their health status before conception.

Who Is This Package For?

The VIDAMed Preconception Package is recommended for:

• Women planning their first pregnancy;
• Couples wishing to conceive in the coming months;
• Patients with irregular menstrual cycles;
• Women with a history of miscarriage or missed miscarriage;
• Patients with polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS), hormonal disorders, or thyroid conditions;
• Women over 30–35 years who wish to assess ovarian reserve;
• Patients who have not achieved pregnancy after 6–12 months of attempts.

This package provides a solid medical foundation before conception and enables early identification of potential imbalances that may affect fertility or pregnancy evolution.

Why Is Preconception Evaluation Important?

Pregnancy preparation does not begin with a positive test — it begins months earlier.

A properly conducted preconception evaluation allows:

• Identification and treatment of urogenital infections before conception;
• Detection of hormonal imbalances that may affect ovulation;
• Assessment of ovarian reserve;
• Optimization of thyroid and metabolic function;
• Correction of vitamin D or iron deficiencies;
• Reduction of first-trimester pregnancy complications.

Responsible planning increases the likelihood of a healthy pregnancy and favorable obstetric evolution.

At VIDAMed, each patient receives a personalized plan based on clinical and laboratory findings, ensuring that the journey toward pregnancy is safe, informed, and balanced.

Proper preparation begins here.
